A PRO is a Performance Rights Organization, which ASCAP is. In the US, the PROs are ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC, but since you already associated with one, you're good to go.
Well, there are three rights here that will likely be at stake: 1) the sync license 2) public performance/broadcast 3) mechanical royalties. You're going to want to make sure all three of these bases are covered.

There are many CD duplication/replication services available online. One of the more trusted sources is http://www.discmakers.com. They used to be associated w/ CDBaby and now own the company.

Thanks so much for providing the audio clip from Peter Shukat. I've been trying to find it in its entirety for aeons. I've inherited a catalogue of music and Attorney Shukat's comments regarding "Grand Rights" further substantiates a copyright infringement suit that I'm about to initiate.
