- Hi, I'm Priscilla white, but my music is under the name Personal Mantra. I’ve been experimenting with my poetry a lot lately. I've been writing for as long as I can remember -I was brought up taught to appreciate all kinds of music. I grew up head-banging as a three year old to artists like The Smashing Pumpkins, and Black Sabbath, but I was also exposed to artists like Sting, and Alanis Morrissette.
Later, since my father was in the military, we found ourselves exploring the music of Germany and Italy (we were stationed in each country for about a year) so I grew to have an appretiation for classical music as well; even before I was in kindergarten.
So, currently I've decided to use my years of musical exposure from choir and band for some kind of use- hopefully to create something worth listening to. The quality of what you're listening to can be attributed to the fact that I record using the microphone from the game "RockBand" hahaha. Maybe after I get a job I can afford to buy a real microphone!
