RockStar Texting is also a great resource for bands wanting to use text messaging. Fans text BANDNAME to 411247 from their cell and are automatically added to the bands fanlist.

this looks really great. people are so attached to their phones and mobile is definitely hot right now, and probably will be for a long time. i'm gonna try this out for my band.
