Eating healthy can help you live a longer, better life. This is no secret. But, unless you are a nutrition specialist, you might be wondering what foods you should eat. Well, the most healthy foods are vegetables and fruits, like the acai berry. The acai berry has recently became one of my favorite health foods because of the many nutrients and antioxidants it has in it. These antioxidants help to fight off bad chemicals in our bodies called free radicals.
